This chart shows the number of homes listed for lease on ARMLS each day since January 2024, so the rise and fall of rental supply through the seasons can be read against earlier years.

It opens on Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Active rental listings, and homes of 1 to 14,000 square feet. Tick Coming Soon, Pending, or Temp Off Market in the Status box to add them, and tick or untick counties, cities, and ZIP codes to change the area. The chart is updated every day.

Sales Month to Date

This chart shows sales month to date, each bar split into its days, colored by the day of the week and labeled with the day of the month. Each bar counts the homes that closed on ARMLS in the same month, from the same first day to the same last day, in each year, so this month so far can be read against the same days of earlier years.

It opens on the current month, from the 1st to the day of the latest closing, in every year. Use the Month list and the Days boxes above the chart to compare any month and any run of days, and Month to date to return; if the days run past the latest closing, this year’s bar is drawn lighter. Tick years in the Year box (it opens on the latest 11). The chart is updated every day.

Listings Under Contract Average Price per Square Foot

About this chart

This chart follows the list prices of the homes under contract on ARMLS (pending, plus UCB and CCBS), day by day, as dollars per square foot. The blue line is the average: each day, the average list price of those listings divided by their average size. The orange line is the median: each day, every listing’s own list price per square foot, and the middle of those figures, which one unusual listing cannot pull up or down as it can the average. Each line is the average of seven days centred on the day: three days before, the day, and three days after.

It opens on January 2021 to date; drag the handles of the date slider under the chart to choose the days shown, as far back as January 2011. The newest three days average fewer than seven days until the later days arrive, so they can still move. The chart is updated every day.
